We would like to inform you that 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM)of Natura Hue-Chem Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 27th Day of September, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing and Other Audio Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 please find attached herewith Notice of 28th AGM for FY 2022-2023. Please find attached herewith disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 with respect to appointment of Directors. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 27.09.2023)
