The 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company is schedule to be held on September 26, 2023, at 11: 00 A.M. (IST) through VC/OAVM (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 02.09.2023) In accordance with the provision of Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule - III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Please find enclosed herewith the Proceedings of 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 26, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 26.09.2023)
