The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 22nd September, 2023 to 28th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) iv. The cut-off date for the purpose of e-voting will be on 21st September, 2023. v. Appointment of Amrish N. Gandhi, Practising Company Secretary, Ahmedabad as a Scrutinizer of the company for the purpose of 13th AGM.
