(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/09/2023) Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule lll of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith gist of the proceedings of the 10th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company held on Monday, September 25, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audit Visual Means (OAVM) facility. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 25.09.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI ( LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Voting Results of the business transacted at the 10th AGM of the Company held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 4:03 PM through VC/OAVM facility in the prescribed format alongwith consolidated report of scrutinizer on voting through electronic means.
