Outcome of the Board Meeting held on 09th May, 2023 The 50% Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company will be held on Friday, 21st July, 2023 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. (As Per BSE Announcement PDF Dated on 09.05.2023) In continuation to the intimation made by the Company on 09 May, 2023 under the subject Outcome of Board Meeting, we wish to state that the date of Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company which was scheduled to be held on 21st July, 2023, is being postponed due to unavoidable circumstances to 26th July, 2023. Accordingly, the share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 17th July, 2023 to Wednesday, 26th July, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ensuing 50th Annual General Meeting and the final dividend of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two only) per equity share of Rupee 1/- each (ISIN INE631A01022) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 as a special dividend to commensurate the completion of 50 year of Shanthi Gears Limited being approved by the Members at the ensuing 50 Annual General Meeting , will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM (i.e., on or before 25t August, 2023). Please take the above on your record.
