We hereby inform that the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 8th August, 2023 at 02.30 p.m. IST through VC / OAVM without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue as permitted by various circulars issued by MCA & SEBI. In compliance with the above circulars, electronic copies of the Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for the FY 2022-23, will be submitted separately, as and when the same is emailed to the members of the Company. Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed on Wednesday, 2nd August, 2023, for the purpose of AGM of the Company. The Company has fixed Tuesday, 1st August, 2023 as the Record date for determining eligibility of members entitled to receive final dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023. We request you to take the same on record. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the copies of newspaper advertisement published in Economic Times, Mumbai edition (English language) and Maharashtra Times, Mumbai edition (Marathi language) on 4th July, 2023intimating that the 20th AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 8th August, 2023 at 02.30 p.m. (IST) through VC / OAVM.
