This is to inform you that pursuant to the provision of Reg. 42 of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed during the period from Wednesday, 20th September, 2023 to Tuesday, 26th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36th AGM of the Company to be held on 26th September, 2023. The Company hereby submits the proceedings of 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Tuesday, 26th September, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 26/09/2023) The Company hereby submits the Voting Results along with Consolidated Scrutinizers Report on Remote E-voting and e-voting (venue voting) facility during the 36th AGM of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 27.09.2023)
