Appointment of Parag Dasarwar, Practicing Company Secretary, Nagpur, as a Scrutinizer for the purpose of e-voting in Annual General Meeting. 5. Annual Report for F.Y. 2022-2023 6. New domain address for the website of the Company due to technical issue with the old domain address.
