Shivashankar reddy as an Independent Director of the Company. This is to inform you that at the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, i.e. 26th September, 2023, the members have approved the Re-Appointment of GMJ & Co, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as Statutory Auditor of the Company.
