Outcome of Board meeting_31st August, 2023 This is to inform you that the Board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31st August, 2023 has inter-alia considered, approved and taken on record the Re-appointment of Mr. Ravi Kant Sharma (DIN: 07456078) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a further period of 5 (Five) Years w.e.f. 5th October, 2023 subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 02.09.2023) Submission of Voting Results as required under Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with the Scrutinizer Report.
