The date of Book Closure from 19.09.2023 to 25.09.2023(both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 14.08.2023) The 34th AGM of Members of Suryo Foods and Industries Limited was held on Monday 25th September 2023 at 11:30 AM at the registered office of the company. the voting results of the 34th AGM in the prescribed format along with Scrutinizers Report are enclosed as required under the Listing regulations and applicable provisions of the companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder.
