(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) RegulationS, 2015, we hereby submit herewith the proceedings of 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company duly held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. through video conferencing (VC) and other audio visual means (OAVM).
