i. Financial Results: The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with Auditors Report thereon, for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022. The said Financial Results and the Auditors Reports are attached herewith. We also enclose herewith a copy of the Press Release and Investor Presentation with regard to the said Financial Results together with the Auditors Report of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022.
