The Outcome of AGM is enclosed herewith. Please take the same on records. Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today i.e. Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 regarding change in Statutory Auditor. Please the the same on your records (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/09/2023) Dear Sir, Pursuant to regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find attached voting results for 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 27th September, 2023 alongwith Scrutinizers report. Please note that all resolutions placed in the meeting as per the notice of the 29th AGM was passed by the members with requisite majority.
