The said notice was published on August 17, 2023 in the newspapers viz. The Financial Express and Loksatta. We are pleased to submit herewith the Summary of Proceedings of the 19th AGM held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 03:00 p.m. IST through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means in pursuance of Regulation 30, Part-A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
