AGM 30/09/2023 Notice is hereby given that the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. (IST) through Audio Video Conferencing deemed to be held at the Registered Office of the Company. Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books shall be closed from September 23, 2023 to September 30, 2023 (both days inclusive). The Company has fixed September 22, 2023 as the cut off date for determining the members eligible to vote at the General Meeting through e-voting. Kindly take the same on record. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of members and Share transfer books of the Company shall be closed from September 23, 2023 to September 30, 2023 for the purpose of 19th AGM of the Company to be held for the Financial year 2022-23 on September 30, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.(IST) through audio video conferencing.
