AGM 22/09/2023 With regards to captioned subject we would like to inform you that pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and regulation 42 of SEBI, the Register of member & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from 16th September 2023 to 22nd September for the 29th AGM of the company to be held on Friday 22nd September, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 16.08.2023) With regard to captioned subject, we would like to inform you that 29th Annual general Meeting of the company was held on Friday, 22nd September, 2023 commenced at 11.00 AM through VC/OVAM. Business set forth in the notice of AGM were transacted in the meeting. In terms of Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015, We wish to inform you that as per our earlier submission on 11th august, 2023 regarding the appointment of Mr. Dhirajlal K. Patel as MD of the company and Mr. Vipulkumar V. Patel as non executive director which was subject to approval of shareholders is now considered and approved at the AGM held on 22nd September, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 22/09/2023) With regard to captioned subject, this is to inform that the voting results in respect of resolutions as set out in Annual General Meeing has been submitted to BSE in XBRL and the same is attached in PDF as well. We request you to consider this as our final submission regarding Regulation 44 instead of earlier submitted dated 22/09/2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 23/09/2023)
