The Board considered the Resignation of M/s V. P. Gupta & Co. from the post of Statutory Auditor etc Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. We hereby submit the proceedings of 31st AGM of the Company. which was held today i.e, Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing or other audio video means. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.09.2023) The 31st AGM of the Company was held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at 12:30 P.M through Video Conferencing mode.
