What is ‘IIFL Markets’?

IIFL Markets, a next generation mobile trading app from India Infoline which allows you to track stock/markets movement on real time basis, get ideas from our experts, execute trade in lightening speed and monitor your investments instantly.

To trade with ‘IIFL Markets’ app, you need to have
  • An android or iphone with data connection
  • A IIFL online trading account

If you do not have an IIFL trading a/c, you still can access stock/market information as guest user. In a single simple step you can create your guest user access to ‘IIFL Markets’.

‘IIFL Markets’ is available for
  • Apple iPhone and iPAD with OS version 7.0 and above
  • Smartphones/ tablets with Android version 4.0.3 and above.

You can search and download ‘IIFL Market’s on your
  • Android based smartphone by visting Google Playstore or
  • iPhone by visiting the or iTunes app store.

If you have an IIFL trading a/c
  • Download & Install ‘IIFL Markets’ on your handset
  • Login to the application using you user ID, Password & DOB/PAN
  • Create you watch list and trade (by default certain scrips will be preloaded on your watchlist)
If you do not have an IIFL trading a/c
  • Download & Install ‘IIFL Markets’ on your handset
  • Access guest user option and enter your mobile no
  • Enter the OTP sent from IIFL on your mobile no (OTP is a four digit No)
  • Now you logged in to the app
  • Create watch list and track the stock/markets (by default certain scrips will be preloaded on your watchlist)

As an IIFL trading a/c holder, you can
  • Trade in Equity and Derivatives
  • Check available margin in your account
  • Check Order status and Net position
  • Track Live Stocks/Markets movements on real time basis
  • Get latest Stock/Market news
  • Track your holdings
  • View real time stock chart
  • Customize your market watch list
  • Get stock quotes – instant details on stocks in a single tap

As a guest user, you can

It's completely secured to trade on “IIFL Markets” app.
The application has two level authentications process -your trading a/c password and DOB/PAN. As applicable to website, each session lasts for 15 minutes if no activity is done, even if your are able to access information, you are required to authenticate with your password to access your reports and trade section.

Every time you visit the application, in the initialization screen of the application system will check for updates and will notify you to download the latest version if any.

When you change your handset, you just need to download the App on the new handset again and login with your User ID and password to use.

Yes, any order placed through ‘IIFL Markets’ can be viewed on IIFL Trading Terminal. Similarly any orders placed through IIFL Trading Terminal can be viewed on ‘IIFL Markets’.

Yes, ‘IIFL Markets’ gives you the option to place order for particular scrip directly from the watch list. All you need to do is to swipe the scrip to left of your screen in your watch list and choose “Buy/Sell Trade” option.

Yes you can square-off your position from ‘IIFL Markets’.

Yes you can cancel/modify orders you have placed through any channel through IIFL Markets mobile app.

To find the version of the phone, go to settings. In settings, go to ‘general’ then tap on ‘About phone’, then go to “software information”. It will show the information regarding the software update and android version, e.g. 4.2.2

Go to the app, sign in with appropriate credentials, go to menu on the extreme top of the left corner, scroll down and to the bottom you will find the current version of IIFL Market. E.g IIFL Markets version is 1.1.0.0

Go to the menu on the extreme top of the left corner, tap on “Share This App” and choose option.

Go to ‘settings’, then tap on ‘general’, go to ‘app’, select the IIFL Market app and tap on ‘uninstall’

Go to the menu on the extreme top of the left corner, select “Market”, then to the top most right corner, tap on call option. Select customer care. Call will be forwarded to customer care.
