AGM 30/09/2023 We wish to inform you that the AGM of the Company will be held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 08/09/2023) We wish to inform you that 60th AGM of the Company was held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023 at 11.00 AM through VC/OVAM. In accordance with the Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith proceedings of the 60th Annual General Meeting.
