    • FAQ-We have 400+ questions and answers .We have also Intelligent search system by entering a keyword, through which client will get related question and answers
    • All new updates with regard to our platforms, products,features and announcements are posted here.
    • The client can even raise a query and the progress can be easily tracked from dashboard
  • What's App-It is provided to our existing as well as prospective clients. All that a user needs to do is type a 'Hi' to the number '9892691696' and select from the desired menu like Process related information, Trading ideas , Modify account details, Get instant Reports etc. The client can even raise a query from Whatsapp which is integrated with IIFL systems and ticket no is also shared
  • Chatbot 'Ask IIFL'- It is provided to our existing as well as prospective clients where General process related information can be obtained, Trading ideas , Modify Account details, Get instant Reports etc The client can even raise a query from the bot itself which is integrated with IIFL and ticket no is also shared

The status of the written Complaint can be tracked from IIFL Mobile App with below steps:

  • Login to IIFL Mobile App
  • Go to IIFL Markets and check '?' Help Icon
  • Once you click on the '?'' Icon you will find the Ticket No displayed with Status as 'Closed' or 'Open'
