All that a user needs to do is type a 'Hi' to the number '9892691696' and select from the desired menu like Process related information, Trading ideas , Modify account details, Get instant Reports etc. The client can even raise a query from Whatsapp which is integrated with IIFL systems and ticket no is also shared
