MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS REPORT

Industries Structure and Development:-

Among the various Metal Industry is still growing at a comparatively faster rate. The growth could be attributed to convenience cost effectiveness, durability and ease of movement of goods. The industry is highly capital intensive. Working capital requirements are also heavy. The market place is highly competitive and the industry is faced with excess capacity built up. The company during the year could not augment the heavy working capital requirement and had to dispose off entire fixed assets of the company.

Financial Review:-

The year 2010-2011 ended with a profit of Rs. 9.94 Lacs. The company shall make all efforts for betterment of its operations in the ensuring year.

Opportunities and threats:-

The company is yet to decide its future course of major activity which is expected to be finalized during the ensuring year.

Segment wise Performance:-

The company had only one business segment i. e. Metals during the year. Internal Control Systems and Adequacy:-

The Company has adequate internal procedures, commensurate with its size and nature of its business. The systems are adequate for safeguarding the assets of the company and preventing their unauthorized use or disposition. However the management is under constant endeavor to strengthen the same further.
