KARNATAKA MALLADI BIOTICS LIMITED ANNUAL REPORT 2005-2006 MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OPERATIONS : The companys operations during the period under review resulted in a loss of Rs. 327.80 lacs after depreciation. The major turnover during the year was on account of job work. However, the company is constantly making all- out efforts to explore the possibilities of adding additional products to its main products line. STATUS OF OTS PROPOSAL AND DRT PROCEEDINGS The last instalment under the OTS Scheme has been paid by the company in the month of May 2006 and the company is in the process of completing the legal formalities for satisfaction of all charges and release of the title deeds from IDBI. A proposal for modification of the scheme sanctioned by BIFR on 3rd June 2003 is pending before Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction as per the application for modification filed by the Company on 20th October 2003.
