NBCC bags orders worth Rs.440 crore for construction of hospitals

The company has secured work amounting Rs.440 crore (approx) from ESIC, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India.

NBCC (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the company has secured work amounting Rs.440 crore (approx) from ESIC, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India for construction of 100 bedded hospital(s) at Haridwar & Dehradun (Uttarakhand) and 300 bedded hospital at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Stock view:

NBCC (India) Ltd ended at Rs. 252.15, up by Rs. 0.4 or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 251.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 258.95 and touched a high and low of Rs. 258.95 and Rs. 250.9 respectively. A total of 839735 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15105 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 touched a 52 week high of Rs. 267 on 13-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 162 on 12-Feb-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 255.65 and Rs. 242.8 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 90 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.3 % and 6.7 % respectively.

The stock traded above its 50 DMA.
