The service is a fusion of HCLTech's managed network services proficiency and Cisco's Ultra-Reliable Wireless Backhaul (URWB) technology, resulting in the establishment of a robust network infrastructure.
According to the official release, this collaboration is intended to deliver secure and mission-critical connectivity to a broad spectrum of industries.
The 'Pervasive Wireless Mobility as-a-Service' facilitates enhanced visibility and mobility within operational environments, catering to industries such as manufacturing (with vehicle connectivity in factory premises), mining (for mobile worker connectivity), healthcare (enabling remote patient care), retail (ensuring real-time data access), and logistics (providing fleet connectivity at terminals).
Through this initiative, HCLTech and Cisco aim to address the evolving connectivity needs of industries operating in challenging environments, ensuring reliable and efficient communication channels for various operational requirements.
