Gujarat Industries Power commissions 80 MW PV solar power projects

Gujarat Industries Power has successfully commissioned 80 MW (2 x 40 MW) PV Solar Power Projects at Gujarat Solar Park, Charanka under National Solar Mission (NSM), Phase- II, Batch - IV, Tranche -I, in phased manner on 14 September 2017, said the company in a BSE filing on Saturday.

The stock of Gujarat Industries Power was trading at Rs 132 per share, up by Rs 1.35 or 1.03% as at 1117 hours on Monday, on the BSE. The stock hit an intraday high and low of Rs 135 and Rs 131.55, respectively, on the BSE.
 
The stock attracted a traded volume of 17,80 shares and traded value of Rs 23.55 lakh on the NSE. The company had hit its 52-week high of Rs 142.90 on July 12, 2017, and 52-week low of Rs 85.25 on November 16, 2016, on the NSE.
 
Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited is engaged in the generation of electricity. The Company's gas-based power plants are Vadodara Stations, including Station-I with a capacity of 145 Mega Watts (MW) and Station-II with a capacity of 165 MW.
