Britannia Industries: The company reported lower profit at Rs369.18cr in Q3FY22 against Rs452.64cr in Q3FY21, revenue increased to Rs3,574.98cr from Rs3,165.61cr yoy.

Oberoi Realty: The company recorded Consolidated Revenues of Rs846.19cr for Q3FY22 as against Rs768.52cr for Q2FY22 and Rs1,909.48cr for 9MFY22 as against Rs1,289.71cr for 9MFY21. The Consolidated Profit After Tax was Rs467.73cr for Q3FY22 as against Rs266.55cr for Q2FY22 and Rs815.08cr for 9MFY22 as against Rs454.07cr for 9MFY21.

IndusInd Bank: The bank reported a sharply higher profit at Rs1,161.27cr in Q3FY22 against Rs852.76cr in Q3FY21, net interest income increased to Rs3,793.57cr from Rs3,406.1cr yoy.

NTPC: The company recorded higher profit at Rs4,626.11cr in Q3FY22 against Rs3,876.36cr in Q3FY21, revenue jumped to Rs33,292.61cr from Rs27,526.03cr yoy.

L&T: The company recorded lower profit at Rs2,054.74cr in Q3FY22 against Rs2,466.7cr in Q3FY21, revenue jumped to Rs39,562.92cr from Rs35,596.42cr yoy.

Marico: The company clocked higher profit at Rs317cr in Q3FY22 against Rs312cr in Q3FY21, revenue increased to Rs2,407cr from Rs2,122cr yoy.

SJVN: The company has bagged order to supply 200 MW of solar power in Bihar for 25 years.

Hinduja Global Solutions has announced that its subsidiary, HGS International Mauritius, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% equity stake in Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions Pty Ltd. (Diversify), Australia. The transaction is expected to close within the next few days.

Adani Ports: Adani Krishnapatnam Port Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has signed Share Purchase Agreement on January 28, 2022 with Seabird Marine Services Private Limited, to acquire 100% stake of Seabird Distriparks (Krishnapatnam) Private Limited (“Seabird Distriparks”).

Results today: More than 100 companies will release their quarterly earnings on January 31 including Tata Motors, BPCL, HPCL, Indian Oil Corporation, UPL, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, DLF, Aarti Drugs, ADF Foods, Ajanta Pharma, LT Foods, Dwarikesh Sugar Industries, Edelweiss Financial Services, Exide Industries, GIC Housing Finance, Housing Development & Infrastructure, Hester Biosciences, Infibeam Avenues, Jindal Saw, KEC International, KPIT Technologies, Krsnaa Diagnostics, Navin Fluorine International, Satin Creditcare Network, Shipping Corporation of India, Suven Life Sciences, UCO Bank, Venus Remedies, and Voltamp Transformers.
