Rohan Agarwal, Deputy Chairman, Geopreneur Group, at the age of 26, for his exceptional accomplishments in the construction field, was awarded the Young Achiever’s Award by Mr. Pranay Vakil, Chairman of Praron Consultancy (India) Private Limited, at the National Awards for Real Estate and Infrastructure 2015 in Mumbai. The event took place at Taj Lands End, Mumbai in the presence of several well-known dignitaries and individuals along-with Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis. This however wasn’t the only award the group took home as it was certainly a double celebration for the construction firm, as the Geopreneur Group, India’s first boutique construction company bagged the ‘Emerging Developer of the Year Award’.
Geopreneur Group is a three year old startup that is founded by a young visionary and entrepreneur Rohan Agarwal and is backed by his father Ajay Agarwal, Chairman, Geopreneur Group. Creating its mark in a segment like real estate in a short span of 3 years and bagging two awards from National Awards for Real Estate and Infrastructure is a landmark in itself. The company aims at creating bespoke projects for their consumers.
Since its inception, the Geopreneur group has two projects on the verge of completion and has few more projects in the pipeline. One of the two projects ‘Mayur’ has already bagged the 6th estate award for “the best redevelopment project award”, along with Rohan’s ‘Young Entrepreneur Award’ in Delhi. The Geopreneur group is more than happy to have been awarded these awards but believes that they’re buildings and constructions are their real awards/ trophies.
Commenting on this achievement, Rohan Agarwal stated, “We are honored to be bestowed with awards. This is only adding to our growing list of acknowledgements and setting us apart as a fierce entity in this field. I am honored to receive the “Young Achiever Award” by National Awards for Real Estate and Infrastructure. I would also like to congratulate the rest of the Geopreneur team who backed our vision to make this possible”, stated Rohan Agarwal.
