Public Issue Of 19,62,000 Equity Shares of a Face Value of Rs. 10/- Each (The Equity Shares) of Bhakti Gems And Jewellery Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at a Price of Rs. 20/- per share (The Issue Price), Aggregating to Rs. 3.92 Crores (The Issue), of which, 1,02,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (As Defined in the Section Definitions and abbreviations) (The Market Maker Reservation Portion). The Issue less the market maker Reservation Portion i.e. Issue of 18,60,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 20/- Each is Hereinafter Referred to As The Net Issue Aggregating up to Rs. 3.72 crores (The Issue). The Issue and the net issue will Constitute 28.79 % and 27.30 %, respectively of the Post Issue Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of the Company The Face value of the Equity Shares is Rs. 10.00 Each and The Issue Price of Rs. 20.00 is 2.0 Times of the Face Value.
