Initial public offering of 38709676 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each (the equity shares) of Navkar Corporation Limited (NCL or the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 155 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 145 per equity share) (The offer price) aggregating to Rs. 600 crore (The offer). The offer comprises a fresh issue of 32,903,225 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 510 crore by the company (The fresh issue) and an offer for sale of 5,806,451 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 90 crore by Sidhhartha Corporation Private Limited (The selling shareholder) (The offer for sale). The offer shall constitute 27.14% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The Offer Price is Rs. 155 per equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each. The offer price is 15.5 times the face value.
