We wish to inform you that the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 01.00 P.M. IST at the Registered office of the Company at C/o., United Phosphorus Limited, Readymoney Terrace, 4th Floor, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai- 400 018 to transact the Ordinary businesses as mentioned in the notice convening the AGM. In this regard, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the 38th AGM Notice and Annual Report for FY 2022-23 for your records. Disclosure of proceedings of the 38th Annual General Meeting of the company held on 27th September, 2023 (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/09/2023)
