The company plans to utilize the net proceeds from the issue to finance its working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
Proceeds from the net fresh issue, amounting to ₹262.69 Crore, will primarily be allocated towards meeting the company's working capital requirements, with the remainder designated for general corporate purposes.

The price band for the offering is set between ₹10 to ₹11 per share, with bids accepted in multiples of 1,298 equity shares and a minimum bid limit of 1,298 shares.
The IPO comprises a combination of fresh equity shares valued at ₹500 Crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of shares worth ₹300 Crore by the promoters.
The BSE midcap index registered a rise of 0.5%, while the smallcap index saw a gain of 1%.
The broader market outperformed the benchmark indices, with the BSE SmallCap index gaining 0.91% and the BSE MidCap index rising 0.46%.
