The initial public offer (IPO) of Udayshivkumar Infra opens for subscription today on March 20. The bidding for anchor investors opened on Friday, March 17, 2023. The price band for the issue is fixed at Rs 33 to Rs 35 per share.

As per BSE data at 4.30 PM, the issue has been subscribed overall 55% with retail investors’ category booked 42%, NIIs 67%, and QIBs booked 97%

The IPO consists of fresh issue of 20,000,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 66 crore. The company will use net proceeds of the issue to fund incremental working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. A bidder will be able to apply in lots and one lot of the IPO comprises 428 shares of the company.
