Power Finance Corporation arm incorporates three wholly-owned subsidiaries; Stock down 1.5%

Power Finance Corporation has informed to the exchanges regarding incorporation of three wholly-owned subsidiaries by the company.

As per the filing, following three Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Companies have been incorporated as wholly-owned subsidiaries of PFC Consulting Limited ( a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance).

• Siot Transmission Limited is incorporated for “creation of 400/200 kV, 2×315 MVA S/S at Siot, Jammu & Kashmir.
• Fatehgarh III Beawar Transmission Ltd for development of “Transmission system for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20GW) under Phase III Part G”.
• Beawar Dausa Transmission Ltd for development of ‘Transmission System for evacuation of power f rom REZ in Rajasthan (20GW) under Phase III Part H”.

At around 10:41 AM, Power Finance Corporation was trading at Rs108.80 per piece lower by 1.45% on the BSE.
