SBI Card has announced an interim dividend of Rs 2.5 per share for the ongoing fiscal year 2022-23. The eligibility of shareholders for receiving the dividend payment will be determined based on the record date of March 29 as fixed by the company.
In a filing, the company stated, “the board of directors has announced an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 (25%) per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each for the ongoing financial year 2022-23, following the board of directors’ meeting held on the same day. The eligibility of shareholders to receive the interim dividend will be decided based on the Record Date, which is March 29.”
Investors can expect to receive the interim dividend no later than April 19. The dividend will be issued to shareholders whose names are listed on the company’s member register or in the depositories’ records as beneficial owners of the shares as of March 29, which is the designated record date.
Over the past year, SBI Card distributed a dividend of Rs 2.50 per share to its shareholders, which corresponds to a dividend yield of 0.34%.
At around 11.21 AM, SBI Cards was trading at Rs721, higher by 0.49% against the previous close of Rs717.45 on NSE.
