Tilaknagar Industries appoints Pragya Kaul as President, Governance -; Compliance

Tilaknagar Industries Limited (TI), a renowned alco-bev maker, has announced the appointment of Pragya Kaul as President — Governance and Compliance.

Pragya, who has over two decades of industry expertise, will be in charge of managing and leading the governance and compliance responsibilities at TI.

Pragya spent over six years as the Company Secretary of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited before joining TI.

During her tenure, she led a variety of operations, including digitalization of compliance management, purchase of a publicly traded firm and board changeover, promoter reclassification, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) counselling, to mention a few. She was also actively involved in many legal functions of the company.

Prior to joining Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, Pragya worked as a Company Secretary for Welspun Energy Limited (Welspun Group), Bajaj Power Ventures Limited (Bajaj Hindusthan Group), and Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd.

Pragya completed her LLB from Mumbai University and holds an ICFAI Diploma in Business Management.

At around 1.06 PM, Tilaknagar Industries was trading at Rs91.20 up by 1.96% from its previous closing of Rs89.45 on the BSE. The scrip touched intraday high and low of Rs91.70 and Rs88.45 respectively.
