Mangalam Cement commences commercial production in UP

The company has commenced Commercial Production of the New Cement Grinding Unit with a capacity of 0.75 MTPA at Aligarh.

Mangalam Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the company has commenced Commercial Production of the New Cement Grinding Unit with a capacity of 0.75 Million Tons Per Annum (MTPA) at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The overall capacity is now enhanced from 3.25 MTPA to 4.00 MTPA.

The stock is currently trading at Rs. 346, up by Rs. 11.5 or 3.44% from its previous closing of Rs. 334.5 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 345 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 354 and Rs. 345 respectively. So far 138076 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 892.78 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 375.15 on 23-Aug-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 151.1 on 25-Feb-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 351.3 and Rs. 330 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 13.28 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.21 % and 70.51 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
