37th Annual Report of the Company for the F.Y. 2022-2023 Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, we wish to inform you that the member at their 37th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2023 has passed the Special Resolution for the reappointment of Mr Anil Kumar Sharma as Managing Director of the Company for a period of Five (05) years.
