Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on 30th September,2023 at 02.00 PM at the Registered Office of the Company at 2nd Floor, 6-3-1090/B/1 & 2, 4th Floor, Mayank Towers Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500082, India.
