(a) Industry structure and developments:
The Indian infrastructure and real estate sectors continue to remain important contributors to the countrys economic growth and development. Infrastructure development acts as a fundamental enabler for economic activity, urbanisation, industrialisation, employment generation and improvement in the overall quality of life.
India continues to witness increasing demand for infrastructure and real estate development on account of urbanisation, population growth, expansion of economic activity, improvement in connectivity and increasing investment in physical infrastructure. The Governments continued emphasis on infrastructure creation, urban development, roads, railways, power, logistics and other public infrastructure is expected to provide opportunities for construction and infrastructure-related businesses.
(b) Opportunities and Threats:
The Company believes that the long-term prospects for infrastructure, construction and real estate development in India remain positive. Increasing urbanisation, expansion of cities, improvement in connectivity and development of supporting infrastructure are expected to create opportunities in these sectors over the medium to long term.
The infrastructure, construction and real estate sectors are competitive and are exposed to various external and internal factors. Changes in economic conditions, regulatory requirements, competition, availability and cost of resources, financing costs and other market-related factors may impact the growth prospects of the sector.
The Company continues to monitor the prevailing market conditions and may evaluate suitable opportunities in the areas covered under its main objects and allied activities, based on commercial viability, availability of resources and other relevant factors.
(c) Segmentwise or product-wise performance:
Since the Company operates its business under one segment only, the report on segment-wise performance is not applicable for the financial year 2025-26.
(d) Outlook:
During the coming period, the Company proposes to focus on identifying and evaluating viable business opportunities and strengthening its relationships with other companies and business partners. The Company will continue to explore opportunities in the areas covered under its existing objects as well as in new and allied business lines, wherever such opportunities are commercially viable and consistent with its available resources and capabilities.
(e) Risks and concerns:
In any business, risks and opportunities are inseparable. The Company continues to monitor various business, economic, regulatory and market-related risks that may affect its future activities. The Company remains focused on evaluating such risks from time to time and taking appropriate measures, wherever considered necessary, to manage and mitigate their potential impact.
(f) Internal control systems and their adequacy:
The Company has an adequate system of internal controls to ensure that transactions are properly authorized, recorded and reported, and to safeguard its assets. The internal control framework is supported by appropriate policies, guidelines and procedures. These controls are reviewed periodically, and necessary improvements are implemented as and when required to ensure their continued effectiveness.
(g) Discussion on financial performance with respect to operational performance:
The financial operation is in line with the operational performance.
(h) Material developments in Human Resources/Industrial Relations front, including number of people employed:
There is no material development in human resources/industrial relations front. The Company is not having any employee other than whole-time director and KMP.
