Please find enclosed outcome of Board Meeting held today 8th May 2023 wherein the Board approved the financial results as at 31.03.2023 along with other matters as enclosed. Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Board has decided that the 42nd Annual General Meeting will be held on 14th July, 2023 at 10.30 a.m. via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company would remain closed from 8th July, 2023 to 14th July, 2023 (both days inclusive) In compliance with Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the Notice of 42nd Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2022-23 which shall be held on Friday, 14th July, 2023 at 10.30 a.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio visual Means. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 20.06.2023) Please refer to our earlier communication intimating 14th July, 2023 as the date of 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM). Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 47 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith copies of public notice published by the Company by way of advertisement in newspapers viz., Financial Express (English all Edition) and Mumbai Lakshadweep (Marathi).
