We wish to inform you that the 5 Annual Meeting of the Unitholders of IndInfravit Trust (Trust) will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the SEBI circular dated January 12, 2023 read with previous circulars. The venue for the meeting shall be deemed to be the registered office of the Trust situated at 5th Floor, SKCL - Tech Square, Lazer St, South Phase, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai - 600 032, Tamil Nadu, India. The copy of Notice of the 5th Annual Meeting of the Unitholders along with the Annual Report of the Trust for the Financial Year 2022-2023 is attached herewith. Notice of annual meeting is annexed herewith (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 30.06.2023) In continuation of our intimation dated June 30, 2023, regarding Notice of the 5th Annual Meeting (AM) of the Unitholders and Annual Report (AR) for FY 2022-23 of IndInfravit Trust (Trust), we hereby submit to you for dissemination and updation on the stock exchange website the revised Annual Report of the Trust. Please note the revision in the AR are only relating to the correction of certain minor typographical / formatting issues and insertion of higher quality / resolution images in place of existing images in certain places and that there are no substantive changes being undertaken to the contents of the AR. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 25.07.2023) Proceedings of Annual Meeting of Unitholders of IndInfravit Trust held on July 27, 2023.
