Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Private Limited on July 9, 2009, with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, Company converted into a Public Limited on August 12, 2017. Since the establishment of business in 2009 by Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe, a first-generation entrepreneur, Company pioneered in the online higher education and Learning Management System.
At present, it is mainly engaged in facilitating student enrollments and program management services pursuing a career to educational courses and degrees provided by the universities/institutes. Over the years, Jaro Education has impacted more than 350,000 careers, offered 279+ professional programs, collaborated with 33+ reputed academic institutions, and established 42 corporate offices, Studios and learning centres. The Company underwent amalgamation in FY 2016, when it merged with the erstwhile subsidiary, EINS Institute of Management Technology and Research Private Limited to strengthened Jaros organizational framework.
Partner Institutions include IITs, IIMs and premier global institutions such as Swiss School of Management and Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and top corporates, out of which 24 institutions have earned the distinction of being ranked among the top 100 partners in their respective streams by NIRF. The Company has established a robust learning ecosystem for the Learners, through online LMSs, on-campus and off campus immersive studios, technology training and orientation, dedicated Learner support and personalized career counselling and guidance. Apart from this, the Company interact regularly with Learners to ensure modification in programs based on the participants feedback.
Through collaborations with Partner Institutions, they are responsible for the academic content of their programs, faculty appointments, providing lectures, determining Learner capacity, granting degrees, and to make decisions regarding Learner admission and registration criteria.The Company launched IPO by issuing 50,56,179 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each and raising Rs 450 Crore, consisting a fresh issue of 19,10,112 equity shares aggregating to Rs 170 Cr and the offer for sale of 31,46,067 equity shares aggregating to Rs 280 Cr in September, 2025. The Company has expanded its reach with over 22 physical learning centers in India, including immersive tech studio setups, some on partner IIM campuses in FY 2025.The Company incorporated Jaro Education Welfare Trust on 24 February 2026. The Company expanded the access to make expert-led learning programmes through Jiofiber and JioAirFiber across India in 2026.
32,236 leaners have enrolled their names in FY 2026. It expanded the Premier Academic by partnering with leading institutions including IIT Bombay, Delhi Technological University (DTU), and SP Jain School of Global Management, having the access to learners management.
