This is to inform you that pursuant to section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has filed an application before Registrar of Companies for an extension of holding an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2022-23. The ROC vide its approval letter dated September 13, 2023 has accorded its approval to the Company, allowing an extension of 2 months 15 days to hold the AGM. Approval letter is enclosed herewith. The company will convene its AGM for the FY 2022-23 within such extended period of time.
