This is to inform that the 84th Annual General meeting of the Company will be held through video conference/other audit visual means (VC/OAVM) on Friday, September 15, 2023in Compliance with the General Circular No 020/2020 dated May 5th 2020 read with other relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate affairs. The register of Members and share transfer books of the Company will be closed from Friday, September 8, 2023 to Friday, September 15, 2023(both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. Further details on the manner of attending the AGM through VC/OAVM and voting of the shareholders will be sent out in the Notice of AGM. Kindly take the same on record. Pursuant to regulation 30 Para A OF SCHEDULE III Of SEBI we hereby enclose the proceedings of the 84th AGM held on Friday September 15, 2023at 11.30 am though VA /OAVM .
