Outcome of the Board Meeting held today i.e. May 06, 2023. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 4th August, 2023 to 9th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of holding Annual General Meeting. Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 34 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 please find enclosed herewith the Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of ADF Foods Limited to held on Wednesday, 9th August, 2023 at 04.00 p.m. (IST) through VC/OAVM.
