Notice of the same is enclosed herewith. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submitting the Voting Results of 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company along with the Scrutinizers Report in this regard. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023)
