Creative Castings Limited has informed BSE Ltd. regarding details of Voting result of the 38th AGM under regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with Consolidated Scrutinizers report. Shareholders of the Company have approved a final dividend of Rs. 10.00 (Rupees Ten only) (i.e. 100%) per equity share, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023, in the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23rd September, 2023. Creative Castings Limited has submitted proceedings of the 38th Annual General Meeting held on Today i.e. 23rd September, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 23/09/2023)
