(As Per BSE Announcement dated on 06.09.2023) We are pleased to inform you that Record date for the purpose of conducting AGM is September 23, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 12/09/2023) We are pleased to inform you that Chairman has declared the result of voting of aforesaid AGM on October 3, 2023 on the basis of report submitted by the Scrutniser. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/10/2023)
