Request you to kindly take the same on record. Annual Report of FGP Limited for FY 2022-23 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 , we enclose herewith summary of proceedings of AGM of the company held today, i.e, September 20, 2023 as Annexure A. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 20.09.2023)
